WHY A NORMAL SLEEPING ROUTINE IS IMPORTANT
|

Maintaining a healthy sleep pattern should not be neglected. Read the full article to learn more about the importance of a good night’s sleep.

Clubfoot, also called talipes equinovarus, is a birth defect that causes an infant's foot to twist inward and downward. It is a common congenital condition that may lead to disability, but it can be treated with early intervention, including physical therapy. Treatment options may include foot manipulation followed by casting to correct the foot’s position and help maintain proper alignment.

To use a backpack comfortably and safely, ensure it fits properly, is packed correctly, and is worn with good posture. Place heavier items close to the center and near your back to keep the load stable and balanced. Adjust the shoulder straps so the backpack sits high on your back. Ideally, it should rest about two inches below the shoulder blades and no more than four inches below the waistline. It should not sag loosely or hang too low. Finally, choose a backpack that meets your functional needs and isn’t too large for your body size.
