WORLD COPD DAY HAPPENS IN NOVEMBER
|
Every year, World COPD Day happens in the month of November. Physical therapy can help people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) through guided exercises that help improve breathing efficiency and mechanics, increase exercise capacity, build strength, boost endurance, and lower the frequency of shortness of breath.
